I'll show you how you can take advantage by using the Channel Calendar app available in the Teams app store in order to share the calendar with your team and use one place for your team events, all members except guests can add events to the calendar and view event details. This team will have the App 'Groups' connected to it, and thus, a shared calendar will show up in Outlook automatically for all the team members. In Outlook on the web, select Calendar > Add calendar >Edit my calendars. If you want to share your calendar, click on it in the left bar, then select Share with specific people. After a short period of time, the new shared mailbox will appear as a folder in the Accounts list on the left side of your Outlook window. The shared Address Book appears in the Folder pane under the Shared Contacts heading. In Calendar, on the toolbar at the top of the page, select Share, and choose the calendar you want to share. Add Resource Calendars to your Outlook Calendar list. On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Manage Calendars section, click Open Calendar, then Open Shared Calendar.
